Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Insurance Account Manager II to support client relationships, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities in the Kennesaw, GA area. The role requires collaboration with Producers and Marketing Account Executives to service and grow client accounts.

Applicants must be within driving distance to our Kennesaw office and able to commute at least three days per week. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, develop, and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Assist clients with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving.
• Seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Coordinate renewal processes and present options to clients for renewal or market alternatives.
• Assist with marketing of accounts and prepare information for marketing.
• Complete implementation and deliver all forms to clients.
• Support relationship management meetings and client visits.
