Job summary

Amtrak is seeking a data analytics professional to design and develop business intelligence solutions that enhance reporting and decision support across departments.

You will consolidate data from SAP and Ariba, construct automated reports, and partner with stakeholders to define metrics and business requirements. This role supports a multi-year transformation project onsite at Amtrak with potential for continuation based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience.
• Plus 6 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data analytics to support business and management reports.
• Construct queries and reports using data from SAP and Ariba systems.
• Integrate multiple data sources for reporting.
• Interact with stakeholders to document user needs and perform GAP analysis.
• Identify key metrics and transform raw data into actionable work streams.
