Overview

• This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the San Francisco office.
• As a senior member of the client team, you will independently oversee and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Responsibilities include utilizing legal precedents to address specific client situations, developing creative solutions, researching complex technical immigration issues, formulating solutions, and independently executing case preparation and filing, including developing strategies for complex matters.
• You will build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, participating in client meetings, briefings, workshops, Q&A sessions, and proactively providing client reporting.
• The role involves directly or indirectly supervising junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• You will proactively identify and take part in marketing and business development opportunities.
• Prior team management experience is preferred.
