Dow in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify and convert new business opportunities within ICT and Wire & Cable segments of P&SP. The role partners with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to grow Dow's market presence and accelerate growth.

The position supports a robust pipeline, cross-functional collaboration, and market intelligence gathering to guide strategy and innovation priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military equivalence required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer and application opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Mgmt, and Commercial teams to create demand.
• Evaluate applications with Technical Service & Development for trials and commercialization.
• Develop market penetration strategies to establish Dow products in new accounts.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Communicate market intelligence and customer feedback to steer strategy.
