Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Business Development to drive revenue for the Corporate and Incentive Sales Team in North America.

This on-site role in Miami works with the Associate Vice President of Corporate, Incentive and Charter Sales, Senior Manager of Corporate and Incentive Sales Specialist Team, Supervisor of Corporate and Incentive Sales Specialist Team, Corporate Sales Managers and our Incentive House Accounts, Meeting Planning Companies, Third Party Companies and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Travel will be required both domestically and internationally.
Absolute follow-up skills are essential, strong positive attitude, high energy and communication are required.

Responsibilities

Qualify, quote, negotiate and close meeting and incentive group business in a tele-sales environment.
Confer with Travel Partner and Revenue Management to present the most competitive option.
Make outbound follow-up calls and support customer inquiries to secure firm commitments.
Coordinate with internal departments to action requests and complete tasks.
Escort site inspections domestically and internationally to secure new business.
Participate in trade shows and client meetings to support sales initiatives.
Reconcile financial transactions for corporate and incentive group business and ensure accurate pricing.
