We have signed meaningful enterprise customers and generated the majority of our commercial traction organically. We are now expanding our outbound sales organization and looking for an experienced BDR to help build a repeatable enterprise pipeline engine.
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across strategic and enterprise accounts.
You will identify high-value prospects, develop account strategies, engage senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and create pipeline for AdsGency’s enterprise business.
This is not a high-volume, script-driven BDR role. We are looking for someone who can independently determine which accounts to pursue, understand why AdsGency is relevant to them, develop effective messaging, and turn targeted outreach into qualified commercial conversations.
Own Enterprise Prospecting
Identify and engage high-potential companies across brands, agencies, technology companies, and other major advertisers.
Build Strategic Account Lists
Research and prioritize accounts based on advertising spend, business model, growth stage, marketing organization, technology stack, and potential AdsGency use cases.
Engage Senior Decision-Makers
Build relationships with founders, CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, performance marketing leaders, agency executives, and other senior stakeholders.
Run Multi-Channel Outbound
Develop and execute outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Qualify Enterprise Opportunities
Understand customer needs, advertising operations, budgets, existing solutions, buying process, decision-makers, urgency, and potential commercial value.
Develop Messaging & Positioning
Test and improve messaging, value propositions, personas, industries, and outbound sequences based on real conversion data and market feedback.
Partner on Enterprise Sales
Work directly with founders and sales leadership on discovery, demos, account strategies, proposals, follow-ups, and high-value opportunities.
Own Follow-Up
Maintain disciplined follow-up across strategic accounts and keep qualified opportunities moving forward.
Maintain CRM Discipline
Keep account research, prospect activity, qualification, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups accurate and current.
Improve the Outbound Playbook
Identify what works across ICPs, personas, messaging, channels, and sequences and help turn successful approaches into repeatable processes.
Bring Market Intelligence Back to the Team
Surface recurring objections, competitor mentions, pricing feedback, customer needs, and market trends to Sales, Product, and leadership.
