Job summary

AdsGency AI in San Francisco seeks a Director of Sales / Founding Sales Lead to turn early commercial traction into a repeatable revenue engine. This is a founding leadership role with hands-on duties in discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing while simultaneously building the sales organization.

You will design the playbook, ICPs, messaging, pricing, and qualification criteria; establish a BDR team, CRM discipline, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
• Track record closing enterprise deals and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coaching and leading early-stage sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own new business revenue from discovery through close for enterprise accounts.
• Build and codify a scalable sales system and playbook.
• Lead and develop the founding BDR team and CRM processes.
• Partner with marketing, CS, and leadership to create pipeline.
• Define ICPs, messaging, pricing, and deals strategies.
