You will cultivate relationships, lead generation, and strategic outreach to target brands in live activations and creative solutions sectors. The role requires a minimum of 7 years outbound BD experience, strong CRM usage (HubSpot preferred), and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years outbound business development experience with targets.
• Proven track record in lead generation and managing prospects.
• Experience managing a portfolio with ~$3M+ revenue opportunities annually.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover new market opportunities, leads, and maintain a pipeline.
• Establish new accounts within targeted industries; cultivate relationships.
• Manage opportunity identification, lead nurturing, and relationship development; align with VP BD on KPIs.
• Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with collaboration.
