Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Business Development Senior Manager for the Nor Cal region, focusing on merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving with key retailers such as Albertsons and Save Mart.

This remote role offers leadership over regional accounts and collaboration with HQ teams to grow revenue and share. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic customer development, and execution of annual plans to drive growth in fresh and value-added produce

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years region or HQ sales experience in consumer-packaged goods industry or broker.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and manage trade spend.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Nielsen data and PowerPoint.

• Achieve fiscal year financials with an aligned sales plan and trade spend.
• Develop customer-specific objectives supporting Del Monte's strategic plan.
• Lead JBP partnerships and drive merchandising, new items, pricing and GDPs objectives.
