Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5-10 years regional or HQ retail sales experience in CPG or broker roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-specific objectives aligned with the strategic plan.
• Achieve new item, assortment, pricing and merchandising objectives for assigned customers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with HQ BU, Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Manage trade spend and promote growth while monitoring promotional effectiveness.
