The role is centered on driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships through proactive outreach and leadership collaboration. You will pursue new opportunities, represent the firm at industry events and work with practice leaders to implement development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 9+ years of business development experience, or 15+ years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Proven success growing client relationships and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Support practice leaders with client outreach and market expansion initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Coordinate business development activities and maintain a strategic client engagement calendar.
• Deliver exceptional client service while strengthening long-term partnerships.
