Qualifications

• 10 years progressive business development experience including team leadership
• AEC or related industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule, and manage the firm’s sales efforts
• Determine sales objectives to meet firmwide goals
• Manage CRM system to capture client data and track business development activity
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and estimate fees with technical staff
• Develop business development model and seller-doer strategy
• Direct training of marketing and business development staff
• Maintain visibility in professional and community organizations
• Develop long-term client relationships and win strategies
• Assess pursuits against firm goals
• Represent the firm to clients and partners
• Create and execute winning strategies for key chases
• Research market trends and growth opportunities
• Travel as needed
