GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic sales efforts across international clients in the U.S. You will manage global RFQs, deliver integrated logistics solutions, and build long-term partnerships with multinational corporations.

The role requires 7–10 years in Sales or Supply Chain within logistics, with strong relationships across operations, pricing, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred or required.
• 7–10 years direct experience in Sales, Supply Chain or Automotive Logistics.
• Experience leading strategic sales initiatives and RFQ responses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales strategy and planning for multinational clients.
• Respond to RFQs with client-specific solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, IT for onboarding and execution.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure account retention and satisfaction.
• Lead customer onboarding, including SOP, billing, and system integration.
• Identify new vertical opportunities in e-commerce, automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors.
• Provide market intelligence and maintain sales pipeline accuracy.
• Represent Glovis in executive meetings and negotiations.
