What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Generate a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging key decision-makers
- Represent the employer at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or CRO operations (3-5+ years of experience)
- Strong background in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
