Job summary

Responsibilities include market research, due diligence, term sheet drafting, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, real estate or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking or related roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and Excel financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support Rowan's business development.
• Perform customer research and due diligence on requirements and decision processes.
• Abstract and summarize complex real estate lease agreements and term sheets.
• Draft preliminary term sheets outlining proposed business terms for deals.
• Prepare investment committee memos summarizing deal overviews and recommendations.
• Track terms and perform financial analyses to support underwriting with Finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address commercial questions and dependencies.
• Monitor milestones and report on commercial progress in weekly reviews.
• Assist with negotiation and documentation of final lease agreements.
• Provide status updates on active transactions to leadership.
