Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a Project Manager to lead hospitality projects with limited supervision in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee time, processes and deliverables while coordinating with internal and external clients.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven process improvements, and expert use of financial modeling within lodging/real estate contexts. A strong background in project management and communications is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hospitality industry experience; consulting and finance experience preferred.
• Proficient in financial modeling and knowledge of lodging and real estate industry.
• Computer literate, with quantitative modeling skills.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple tasks; strong relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
• Provide leadership to team members and collaborate with others; communicate with senior management and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing work processes and design changes.
• Assist in preparation of RFP responses and due diligence for prospective management opportunities; support AI-driven efficiencies.

Job description

Project Management

• Work independently on various assigned projects with minimum supervision needed
• Manage time, process and quality deliverables for assigned projects
• Being able to manage communication and work with both internal and external clients independently

Team Leadership

• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results

Process Management

• Conduct constant process improvement assessment and identify opportunities to improve existing work process
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; and partnering with internal and external customers to continuously improve the existing business process and practices.

Other

• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in hospitality industry and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of the existing business process
• Assist in preparation of RFP responses and due diligence for prospective management opportunities
• Support and align efforts to manage and improve internal databases
• Utilize the power of AI to identify and develop efficiencies in areas like modelling/data analysis, workflow processes and communications.

Education/Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, accounting/finance, economics or related area required

Skills/Experience:

• A minimum of Two (2) years of hospitality industry experience, consulting and finance experience preferred
• Proficient in financial modeling and knowledge of lodging and real estate industry required
• Computer literate, with quantitative modeling skills required
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
