Job summary

CEG Solutions is seeking a Business Developer for Engineering Services to drive growth in the Rocky Mountain region, Chicago and other US locations. Hybrid role in Denver/Boulder with 3–4 days in-office; responsible for prospecting new clients and securing project opportunities for consulting services including building commissioning, energy modeling, and sustainability studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business.
• 5+ years in energy efficiency or AEC with multi-million-dollar sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical/plumbing systems, utility rates, and renewables.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by acquiring 12–20 enterprise customers annually.
• Cross-sell consulting customers into design-build signings.
• Build relationships with C-suite and facility leaders at target institutions.
• Lead high-impact proposals ensuring margins are met.
• Represent the brand at regional industry events.
