The Senior Developer analyzes and evaluates local business opportunities within existing renewable markets and businesses and develops new market initiatives. Develops proposals, including feasibility studies, investment analysis and financial planning to promote business opportunities. Leads the project portfolio before it is moved to the promotion phase.
