Qualifications

• Experience in business development within CRE, commercial lending, or due diligence industries.
• Strong leadership and market knowledge.
• Ability to sell profitable work and collaborate with technical staff.
• Manage $500k–$1M in annual revenue.
• Maintain an annual book of business with developers, owners, and governmental entities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across target markets.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close and proposal development.
• Coordinate with service line leaders to develop accurate scopes of work.
• Represent AEI at industry conferences and networking events.
• Maintain pipeline data in AEI's CRM and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
