Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership and operating agreements.
• Advise clients on forming LLCs, corporations, and partnerships.
• Guide clients in complying with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Manage transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business purchases and sales, due diligence.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to business owners and companies.
