Talent Consultants is seeking a skilled Corporate Transactional Business Attorney to join our legal team in Atlanta. You will draft, review, and negotiate merger, acquisition, joint venture, and financing documents, while guiding clients through complex transactions to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active state bar, and 6+ years of corporate transactional experience with a proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate business transactional law
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex corporate agreements
• Strong understanding of governance and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Portable book of business
• Active member of state bar

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements (purchase, partnership, financing)
• Conduct thorough due diligence on corporate transactions
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate structure, compliance, and governance
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and tailor solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams on transactional matters
• Stay updated on corporate law changes and industry trends
