Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead the enterprise resilience program, strengthening the bank's preparedness and recovery capabilities across business and technology lines.

The role reports to the Business Continuity Leader and partners with risk, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment and program maturity. A strategic, collaborative leader with strong execution is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 6+ years in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, or Risk Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technology groups.
• Strong understanding of continuity frameworks, resilience, risk assessment, and testing.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Business Continuity Program strategy, roadmap, and maturity objectives.
• Oversee BIA, risk assessments, continuity planning, testing, and governance.
• Partner with business and technology to validate recovery requirements and plans.
• Identify resilience gaps and drive improvements across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.
