Regions Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager to oversee the hands-on management of the Enterprise Resiliency program. The role requires SME-level expertise in BC, DR, and crisis management across the organization, with strong stakeholder management.

The position emphasizes collaboration with technology partners and business units to ensure recoverability, testing, and continuous improvement, while aligning with regulatory and risk requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in BC/IT Disaster Recovery and leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 14+ years in BC/IT DR and leadership.
• Familiar with Governance, Risk and Compliance for BCDR planning.
• Financial Services/Banking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise resiliency strategy aligned to business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead managers for Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Vendor Resilience.
• Establish governance, standards, and testing frameworks for readiness.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify critical services and mitigate resilience risks.
• Lead resilience assessments and crisis preparedness activities.
