Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Continuity Specialist based in Dallas to lead risk assessments, BIAs, and dependency mapping across the technology organization. You will shape resilience strategies and advise senior leaders on continuity objectives, recovery capabilities, and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and drive program improvements while adapting to evolving regulatory changes and industry trends.

Qualifications

• CBCP certification preferred; additional resilience/risk certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading BIA, risk assessments, continuity programs and resilience initiatives in complex organizations.
• Knowledge of FFIEC, ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and executives.
• Understanding of technology recovery concepts, third-party resilience, cyber resilience, and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and line-of-business risk assessments, business impact analyses, and dependency mapping to identify vulnerabilities and impacts.
• Provide strategic consultation for continuity and resilience strategies across business units.
• Drive governance to ensure plans meet standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen preparedness and recovery capabilities.
• Develop metrics and reporting on continuity program performance for management and committees.
