Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Continuity Specialist to strengthen organizational resilience by consulting with business partners through the continuity lifecycle, including risk assessments, BIA, plan development and testing.

The role requires CBCP/ABCP certification, 3–5 years of continuity planning experience, and strong knowledge of regulatory standards, with collaboration across risk stakeholders and technology partners in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• CBCP/ABCP certification required.
• 3–5 years of continuity planning experience.
• Experience in risk management, emergency management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of resiliency regulations, standards and practices.
• Proficiency with business continuity software and related tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management or IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and BIA to identify threats and effects on operations.
• Develop, implement, maintain and enhance continuity plans with business partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Testing and Training to prepare continuity awareness and procedures.
• Perform quality reviews of continuity plans and update as needed.
• Capture lessons learned from exercises and disruptions to improve planning.
