Job summary

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Business Continuity Management Analyst to lead and advance our BCM program across technology recovery, business continuity, and vendor continuity. You will partner with recovery owners and key stakeholders to strengthen resilience and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in business continuity, risk management, and disaster recovery, plus strong collaboration and IT infrastructure understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Business, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, disaster recovery, or a related discipline.
• Strong ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the company’s Business Continuity Management Program, including Business Continuity, Technology Recovery, and Vendor Continuity.
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge to ensure BCM plans are effective, current, and aligned to policy, controls, and standards.
• Develop, maintain, review, and enhance BCM policies, procedures, and program documentation.
• Prepare and deliver periodic BCM reporting and metrics for senior management.
• Partner with business, technology, and third-party stakeholders to review, update, test, and approve Technology Recovery, Business Continuity, and Vendor Continuity Plans.
