Job summary

You will collaborate with product partners and field teams to drive profitability, manage risk, and ensure exceptional client experience while complying with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales in financial services and/or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and identify improvement levers.
• Strong prospecting mindset and outside sales motivation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities to clients; conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience by being in the field at least 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions leveraging credit knowledge to meet goals.
• Support sales delivery and growth of the small business segment.
• Coach and provide feedback to associates and clients in a client-centric culture.
