Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II to help clients in the Business Banking segment by building relationships and providing financial advice. You will manage a diverse portfolio, deliver tailored banking solutions, and work with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.

As a BRM II, you’ll leverage your experience in relationship management, financial products, and risk assessment to drive client satisfaction and profitability while maintaining compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, products and services with understanding of general business practices.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and know when to escalate.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $1.5 million.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships with structured steps.
• Identify and pursue new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to meet clients' financial needs across lines of business.
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
