Job summary

Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Business Relationship Manager for its Business Banking division. You will manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, delivering personalized banking and advisory solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and risk standards.

Responsibilities include acquiring and retaining clients, presenting tailored cash management and credit options, and maintaining ongoing relationships through on-site visits and strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of business credit and core products and services.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and escalate when needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients, and review strategies with management.
• Connect clients with specialists across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch teams.
