Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II in Business Banking to help clients grow through financial solutions, education and advice. You will manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenues $1-5 million, delivering deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $1.5 million.

As a BRM, you'll build relationships, assess risk, and coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet clients' goals while protecting the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products and services; understanding of how business needs vary by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risks and know when to elevate.
• Ability to prioritize daily objectives and follow through on client issues.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $1.5M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients based on financial needs.
• Identify and promote solutions that optimize profitability of the portfolio.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to build relationships and execute strategy.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
