Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10-15 years in growing and acquiring business relationships.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and related banking products.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new relationships and meet growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and grow high-value business deposit relationships.
• Lead deal teams and coordinate with branch networks to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to existing member relationships.
• Ensure KYM and AML/OFAC compliance across member accounts.
• Provide weekly sales and prospect reporting using Salesforce.
