Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years in growing and acquiring business relationships.
• Established referral sources and book of business.
• Proven ability to acquire new relationships to meet/exceed growth goals.
• Demonstrated leadership and lending experience; cash management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow high-value business deposit relationships and manage portfolio.
• Lead deal teams and coordinate with branches to drive growth.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and attend networking events.
• Cross-sell products and services to expand revenue streams.
• Ensure KYM compliance and regulatory requirements (BSA/AML/OFAC).
• Provide weekly sales and prospect reporting via Salesforce.
