• Proactively sources and develops new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers and prospects to assess business needs and earnings across all business lines.
• Maintains aggressive calling program for new and existing customers.
• Assists other lines of business in generating business.
• Executes bank sales choreography and standards.
• Participates in community events to promote the bank’s image.
• Represents the bank at customer events and advisory boards where applicable.
• Coaches and mentors Business Bankers and other bank staff.
• Maintains relationships with other lines of business to ensure exceptional service and cross-sell.
• Develops and maintains a referral network (attorneys, realtors, influencers).
• Calls on new prospects and pursues bank referrals.
• Performs business development activities to identify prospects.
• Executes Our Shared Future values and service standards.
• Captures portfolio and prospect activity documentation.
• Maintains strong teamwork and aligns with portfolio management.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
