You will lead stakeholder alignment, drive reusable design, and guide project requests to ensure strategic outcomes. Travel is required, and a strong focus on leadership and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience or equivalent (Required)
• Computer science or Project Management related field (Preferred)
• 7-10 years related work experience (Required)
• 7-10 years of Program and Project management experience (Required)
• 4-7 years in Business Analysis or Business Relationship Management (Required)
• 2-4 years as Enterprise or Business Architect (Required)
• Experience in Business Analysis, Program management or Business Relationship (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of business architecture methodologies to drive realization of key business requirements and support strategic goals
• Assess and guide project and product requests to ensure alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on scope, user journeys and decision-making to promote reusable design and challenge existing approaches
• Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts including current and future state journeys, roadmaps, and process frameworks
• Communicate complex business architecture concepts clearly to business and IT partners to support practical application and value realization
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
