Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to own end-to-end solution design strategies across domains, including enterprise planning platforms such as Anaplan. You will create architectural artifacts, enforce standards, and collaborate with senior management to align designs with business goals.

Your work will drive cohesive technology solutions, enable new sales initiatives, and improve operational effectiveness through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• 4-7 years experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership across multiple products/platforms.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS planning platforms and delivering IT solutions across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution designs to deliver integrated technology solutions across domains.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts (diagrams, data models, documentation) for scalable SaaS deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and align designs to enterprise standards.
• Enforce design standards, governance, and lifecycle management for quality and scalability.
• Identify gaps and define remediation strategies to improve solution effectiveness.
• Support integration design, release readiness, UAT, and transition to operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
