Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced solution architect in Frisco, Texas to own end-to-end design strategies across domains including enterprise planning platforms such as Anaplan.

You will develop architectural artifacts, enforce standards, and lead collaboration with executives to align designs with business goals. Responsibilities include shaping scalable SaaS deployments, documenting architectures, and guiding implementation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in software or enterprise architecture.
• 4-7 years of experience in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions.
• 4-7 years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS platforms (Anaplan preferred), PLM, middle-tier services, databases and distributed computing.
• Strong executive communication, business acumen, and leadership across multiple products and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ownership of end-to-end solution designs across domains.
• Create architectural artifacts, diagrams, data models, and documentation for scalable SaaS deployments.
• Collaborate with senior management, sales & technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Enforce design standards, governance, and lifecycle management for architecture consistency.
• Identify gaps and define remediation strategies to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Support implementation activities including integration design, release readiness, and UAT support.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by business management.
