Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years of related work experience.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience is acceptable.
• 7-10 years in business environment; 7-10 years as software or systems architect.
• 4-7 years in B2B online e-commerce systems architecture and design.
• 4-7 years in web experience management technologies (self-services, CMS, search, analytics, marketing automation).
• 4-7 years in architecture and design of mobile web apps (responsive design, hybrid apps).

Responsibilities

• Architect End-to-End B2B experiences for onboarding, servicing, and commerce flows.
• Evaluate third-party products for integration into enterprise platforms and vendor ecosystems.
• Define and maintain software development processes for API-first integration and architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and support implementation across domains.
• Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, compliant B2B digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud-native architectures and CX technologies.
• Analyze business processes to align technical solutions with enterprise lifecycle needs.
• Take ownership of new requests to enhance scalability and value.
• Act as domain expert for platform evolution, integration strategies, and emerging tech.
