Forbes Advisor is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to turn complex performance data into clear insights and better commercial decisions. You’ll lead a small team of Analysts aligned to different verticals, partnering with General Managers and commercial teams to understand drivers of revenue and profitability.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial judgment with analytical expertise, stakeholder management and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics or performance analytics with leadership exposure.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to General Managers and senior commercial stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure revenue, costs, and profitability data are accurate and explainable across Finance and Data teams.
• Translate commercial questions into scalable reporting and insight products; supervise Analysts.
