Forbes Advisor is seeking a Data Science leader to build and guide a commercially driven Data Science function. You will shape predictive models for customer acquisition, marketing performance and long-term growth, partnering with Engineering, Analytics, Product and Commercial teams to deliver production-ready, measurable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial Data Science, Marketing Science or Decision Science teams.
• Strong expertise in predictive analytics, customer analytics, machine learning and statistical modelling.
• Experience applying Data Science to marketing performance, customer acquisition, value-based bidding.
• Experience productionising machine learning solutions in modern cloud environments with Engineering/ML Ops.
• Strong SQL, Python and modern ML frameworks knowledge.
• Experience with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence technical and commercial audiences.
• Experience building high-performing Data Science teams and driving commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of predictive models improving customer acquisition and marketing performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams to apply Data Science to business problems.
• Work with Engineering/ML Ops to productionise models and ensure deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Develop and manage a growing Data Science team and build trusted relationships across the business.
• Represent Forbes in strategic conversations with technology partners and stay ahead in AI and marketing science.
