Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of analytics and BI requirement gathering processes.
• Experience with enterprise datasets and offline/manual data sources.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience creating wireframes for dashboards/reports prior to development.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation skills for writing detailed requirement specifications.
• Proficiency in SQL and querying tools (e.g., SQL Developer).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Domo.
• Willingness to learn new analytics/visualization platforms.
• Knowledge/experience in the US trust business (trust accounting, fiduciary services, regulatory frameworks).
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document analytics and BI requirements.
• Analyze enterprise and offline datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design wireframes and mockups for dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Domo.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and validate results.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and process flows documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely insights delivery.
• Stay current with new analytics platforms and tools.
