Job summary

PNC seeks a Senior Business Analyst Consultant to serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams within Enterprise Testing Services. You will lead multi-functional analytics initiatives, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and guide transformation programs to improve performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
Certifications are often desired.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Leads analytics processes across multiple functions or business units, leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions. Serve as a mentor to more junior employees.
Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development.
Determines the optimal analytical approach and supports development, implementation, and enhancements.
Conceptualizes, develops, and continuously optimizes analytical solutions for operations and executive management to enable data-driven decision-making.
Analyzes results and makes recommendations for key business partners and senior management and communicates conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
