About the Role
Protecht is seeking aSenior Business Analytics Consultantto lead the design and delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions for our customers and internal teams. This is a customer facing role ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
You’ll work closely with customers, advisors, and implementation teams to deliver tailored dashboards and reports using tools likeTableau,Power BI, andInetSoft. You’ll also support pre-sales efforts, contribute to internal improvements, and mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customer-centric dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into impactful analytics solutions
• Lead customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Support pre-sales activities with demos and technical input
• Deliver high-quality work packages on time and within budget
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements

About You

• 9+ years of experience inSQL-based data manipulation
• 9+ years of experience withBI tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, InetSoft)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Eligibility to work in North America(US citizen or permanent resident)

Desirable Skills

• Background in consulting or client advisory roles
