About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics packages that provide meaningful business insights. You will work closely with multiple departments to help optimize performance, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure data integrity. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel (up to 20%) for team meetings and on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, clean, and organize data
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and solve business challenges
• Develop customized analytics packages to support internal departments and operational teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote data adoption and enhance business processes
• Create clear, executive-level reports and presentations to communicate insights
• Support Lean and strategic initiatives by providing timely and accurate analytical inputs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of professional experience in a data or business analyst role, preferably in operations or finance
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, and/or VBA), and Power BI
• Strong experience using Alteryx for data preparation and automation
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics pipelines
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
