Job summary

TEKsystems is assisting FedEx with the migration of Weekly Forecast Manager (WFM) applications from Palantir Foundry to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Business Analyst will bridge FedEx stakeholders and TGS delivery teams, driving requirements and modernization efforts while ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, process mapping, and collaboration across Enterprise IT during a 3 to 6+ month engagement with potential extensions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise software initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FedEx Product Owners and stakeholders to understand current WFM processes and requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities.
• Analyze Palantir functionality and map to future-state GCP requirements.
• Create functional specs, BRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Support backlog creation and refinement, ensure alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between FedEx business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Collaborate with FDEs, Architects, and QA to implement requirements.
• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, planning, and reviews.
• Support testing, UAT, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts.
