Job summary

Precision Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams across the USA.

You will own requirements artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases; facilitate workshops; and drive agile delivery, SDLC processes, and backlog grooming with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or product/technology environments.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, and sprint planning.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and project managers.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, root-cause analysis, and business process optimization.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, data mappings, and business process documentation.
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, defect analysis, and business validation.
• Strong experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data analysis is preferred.
