Job summary

Conscious Discipline seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bring clarity, structure, and strategic alignment to our technology ecosystem. You will partner with leaders to identify tech-enabled improvements, document processes, and translate complex needs into functional specifications and scalable system designs.

You will support dashboards, reporting, integrations, and data governance while acting as a hands-on resource for system configuration and analytics as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise IT roles.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, BI tools, and data governance.
• Ability to design scalable workflows and contribute to IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify tech-enabled improvements aligned with strategy.
• Lead discovery sessions, document processes, and define scalable system solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and workflows.
• Assist with UAT, training, and change management initiatives.
• Support system governance, data definitions, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate on integrations, dashboards, and automation to improve visibility.
