Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative focus.
• 2+ years of professional analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and recommend strategic or tactical actions.
• Perform modeling/analytics to support product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences.
• Support credit risk improvements by analyzing drivers of future trends and testing hypotheses.
• Lead problem framing, develop hypotheses, test analyses, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong quantitative orientation and ability to influence decisions.
• Drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
