Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or relevant Master's/ MBA with quantitative concentration
• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Strong analytical, modeling and data-driven decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and propose strategic or tactical recommendations
• Perform modeling/analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products
• Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market strategies
• Develop risk models and test hypotheses to improve credit performance
• Lead problem framing, hypothesis testing, solution development, and readiness for implementation
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quality, volume, service and profitability
• Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking with clear, evidence-based communication
