Responsibilities

Plan, lead, gather and analyze business and functional requirements with business and technical groups.
Develop business process maps and perform fit-gap analyses.
Solve complex problems and troubleshoot software systems.
Gather requirements across multiple program areas with varying needs.
Document design requirements and develop BRD/SRS.
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings in a remote environment.
Prepare and execute test plans and document testing results.
Implement and test interfaces with large, legacy systems.
Support project management lifecycle artifacts and plans.
Work with SDLC management tools (HP ALM, Atlassian).
Experience with WIOA and PIRL requirements.
