• 4-7 years of experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems.
• 4-7 years of experience collecting requirements across multiple program areas with varying business needs.
• 4-7 years of experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements.
• 4-7 years of experience developing BRD and Software Requirements Specifications.
• 4-7 years of experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional meetings in remote environments.
• 4-7 years of experience preparing and executing test plans and documenting results.
• 4-7 years of experience implementing and testing interfaces with large legacy systems.
• 4-7 years of experience supporting project management life cycle artifacts.
• 4-7 years of experience with SDLC tools such as HP ALM or Atlassian.
• 4-7 years of experience with WIOA and PIRL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the department and stakeholders with complex to advanced business analyst work.
• Document detailed system requirements (functional, technical, accessibility, security).
• Write and groom user stories with owners and technical teams.
• Create business process maps, conceptual models, use case models, and system diagrams.
• Review and develop test cases and ensure traceability of requirements.
